Observation details
Many photos. Continuing bird found walking along the rocky shoreline loosely among Ruddy Turnstones. Flew to the rocky shoreline next to the pier that is under construction. Then it flew back to the rocky shoreline near the baseball field and continued foraging during rising tide. At one point the bird strolled within feet of where I was sitting on the rocks, so close that it violated my minimum focusing distance, seemingly unbothered or disturbed by me or my shutter. Made one two-noted “tuu” vocalization just before taking off.
