Juvenile taking off. Remarks: We came across this magnificent vulture (juvenile) in an open field on a rainy afternoon. It was amazing to see its huge wingspan and it allowed us a close approach before it was flushed off head-on by some local boys. - JK. Date added to OBI: June 01, 2014.
