Observation details
A “classic” bird in all respects, albeit the large unmarked mirror on P.10 less typical (worn?). Heavy streaking on head mostly around eye. HEGU-like bill. Dark grey upperparts. Wide/prominent white trailing edge to secondaries. Inner primaries growing in, pp. 9-10 old (typical ad moult schedule). Diagnostic row of white subterminal spots on primaries visible above and below. Deep pink legs and feet. White tail rather tatty and worn looking in center.
