Observation details
Flying and swooping back and forth over the field off the side of the road across from barn with two silos. Strong forked tail, large bird, stark white underbelly and white under wings with black primaries, black tail feathers. Poor cellphone photos uploaded shortly. Bird keeps swooping behind trees that line the field.
