Observation details
First spotted 2 birds far to the south about in line with Restoration Point. Those continued southeast and lost them in the distance, probably starting in Kitsap Co. and then entered King Co. as the continued. Later one bird came quite close flying south, about Green Buoy distance so great views. A little later another bird southbound a little farther out. Flight style was shallow choppy wingbeats, typically 3-4 but saw as many as 9-10, between short glides. No arcing in flight like I’m used to with SOSH. Closer birds showed good views of dusky underwings.
