Observation details

Full black belly to vent. Gold speckles on mantle; light eye brow running down sides of neck. Slim bill. Rather chunky, short legged and short winged for PGPL. Found on W side of Gladeview Rd in sod fields with PESA and LEYE; NE corner of field with burrowing owls (store of corrugated pipes). Photos.
