Observation details
Found by Bill Oyler tonight. Associating near SESA and feeding along waterline of mailbox pond. Both birds had streaked flanks, one more noticeable than the other. One of the birds appeared slightly darker overall. Red mandible area noticed at base of bill on both birds. Also seen with Dave Ebbitt. Birds seen in flight prior to leaving and white rump evident.
