Observation details
Largish Empid with long bill and tail, head flatish (not round) and somewhat peak at back. Lower bill yellow/orange to tip. No black tip. White throat, shading slightly darker on breast and with yellow ting to lower flanks. Some wing extension, somewhat indistinct wingbars and weak eye ring. See pics. Bird active as it was observed in low trees and adjacent wire fencing along side of road.
