Observation details
New fledgling seen and heard calling (see attached audio) in a Crabapple Tree 40 yards away from where it fledged 3 days ago. I'm pretty sure the second fledgling was in the tree as well based on the behavior of the adult female. The adult hovered for a time and rested before taking off in a nearby section of the upper tree near the fledgling I could see. I perceived but could not see that it was attending to the other fledgling so I cannot verify 100% that the count is 3. There were two that fledged. The fledgling I got photos of was near the top of the tree where it just sat for 10-12 minutes. It then began to fly in the vicinity feeding. It landed for a minute and then flew away to the south. It seemed like it had figured things out in this new world. I found the nest on April 17th and they fledged on April 18th. Ceredig Roberts got good photos of them the day they fledged in his e-bird checklist.
