NOTES: BIRD WAS FLYING ALONG SHORELINE 100FT OFF SHORE AND 25FT HIGH. IT MADE SEVERAL PASSES UP AND DOWN THE BEACH. THE CALL WAS GIVEN RATHER REGULARLY AND APPARENTLY WAS NOT DIRECTED AT THE RECORDIST. SOUND: A RAUCOUS 'WAAAAUH'. NEAR THE END OF THE 1 ADULT(S); Sex: UNKNOWNCUT ANOTHER SOUND MAY BE HEARD--A HIGH 'PEE-EW'--WHICH IS THINK WAS ANOTHER CASPIAN TERN. Habitat: Lake.
