Observation details

Photo attached. Male, first discovered on March 27 by Manns and Hart. Located in the ficus tree where he liked to snack, at the parking area to the bird impoundment trail. Black and white striped face, black bill. Chestnut colored patch on nape of neck and rump, otherwise black back. Yellow and orange chest, gray belly. He was vocal, calling. Bird was bigger than the blue-headed vireo, but smaller than the cardinal.
