Observation details
The size and bulk of a Lesser Yellowlegs (Seen in direct comparison) with a PESA shaped bill, long, bright yellow-orange legs, boldly patterned back, (buff and black) and dark head and neck. A white belly changing to buff on the breast, with some black markings on the flanks and breast, increasing higher up towards the throat being all dark. Bold dark bars on the tertials and retrices.
I'm thinking this was a Reeve based on size, though it was a more colorful bird than I would normally expect.
