Observation details
At least 7 on the ground (all adults). At around 1930hrs a group of 6 more birds came flying in calling and landed out of sight in same field as other birds. 18 individuals had been reported earlier in the day but it may have been that some were hidden out of sight behind ridge in undulating field. Adults observed running and pecking ground for food. Otherwise were crouched low and stationary.
