Observation details
Small, stubby-billed field birds with elaborate face pattern, white bellies, streaked flanks, and varying degrees of black in throat/chest. Giving rattle and “tew” calls. Flocks of about 50 and 40 plus a separate pair. Insane looks, pics to come
