Observation details
Adult female and immature male. These two birds stuck to themselves away from the Lesser Scaup. Female was larger than Lesser Scaup with very thick white around bill. Immature male showed no sign of a peaked head throughout observation with bird changing positions many times and greenish sheen throughout entire head. Male and female both have very large broad bills. Actively diving to themselves while all other birds were resting. I would love feedback on these birds. I think the last picture presents further evidence as the wing is long and broader at the end.
