Observation details
*Rare. Immature female in large Common flock in NW corner of pheasant pens, often flying into fields to north to feed then returning to perched along north edge of game farm fence. Distinctly paler overall then nearby Commons, with less distinct (though relatively thick) streaking on side. Very large and fluffy appearance, with puffy white rump visible while perched. Very yellowish throat seemingly typical of immature HORE. Bill appeared small and stubby. Likely the same bird also photographed in flight in the flock, with bold and extensive white rump and colder grayish tones to rest of upperparts.
