Observation details
Farthest SW Corner of Bryant Park. Tiny wren with white eyestripe and white streaks radiating from it's neck, much like a short "cape" across it's back and shoulders . Far too small to be a Carolina Wren. Almost delicate and "dainty" in appearance, unlike the "tennis ball" look of a Winter Wren. Tail usually cocked, but not as stubby as Winter Wren's. Also, Winter Wren does not have eye stripe. This poor photo doesn't really show the thin white streaks across its back, unfortunately: https://flic.kr/p/sqo44j
