Observation details
Feeding on bait behind a small commercial fishing boat 100 yards off the Gulf side of Outback Key (North end). Typical Shearwater paddling/flapping and glide. Prominent white on underwing, longer bill. Photograph later confirmed by others. Bird eventually flew off to the West.
