Observation details
Update: Mar 2023 - updated from EAME/WEME to WEME/CHME now that it is an option in ebird ... notes from 2016 below. Unidentified meadowlark . Very pale. White rects may eliminate WEME? Lightly marked undertail coverts poor for WEME.... Agreed by all that it looks "worse" for "Eastern" EAME than WEME or LIME - tertial/tail pattern too lightly marked, overall too pale, lack of warm brown markings, undertail coverts lightly marked... Hopefully new field marks arise in future years. ID based on current/available knowledge. Will test it against any new material going forwards. Always looking for comments. Perhaps a Lilians/WEME label is needed in ebird.
