**Early and first September record south of Boston; first notice by JSE due to odd sounding goose calling on the flats. Quickly after spotted and confirmed. Bird hanging with CANG on the flat. Small silvery goose in close comparison with CANG. Short neck with clean white ring at base. Very stubby bill quite evident. Giving loud higher pitched honks. Many pics
