Observation details
Note the gently upturned bill, short legs In this photo although colors are washed out, you can see an orangish cast to the legs, note the Semipalmated Plover leg color is washed out. Note the uniform gray back, rump and tail.. It may be my imagination, but is there a hint of a white secondary edge? and possibly the dark scapular bars?
