NOTES: BNA: Song. (Breeding Status: Breeding. Sound Delivery Rate: High. Cover Density: None. Weather: Calm.) Male's name: 1.2W. A stuffed and mounted S. magna male was placed beside microphone. The microphone was connected to the recorder via a 70-meter cable (an effective antenna; thus the pseudomusical background). Male 1.2W came and sang and attacked dummy (feet on mike audible at 1:58 and 3:51, wings at 3:51; a third attack at 4:42. There may be others.) Gain not adjusted after 2:35. One whistle and snatch of flight song at 1536. Recording continuous after 2:30 or so. Sound stimulation was (other): stuffed male Sturnella magna. Habitat: Grassland, Creek, Fallow Agricultural, Field.
