Two separate birds - one more worn than the other. Both dull brown empids (distinguished from wood-pewee by short primary projection and unmarked under tail coverts, some yellowish feathering). Generally Brownish coloration, pale underneath with a hint of grayish color, indistinct or lacking eyering. Large, chunky bills with yellow lower mandible. More worn bird had broken wingbars whereas the other’s were partially worn and it’s tertials were fringed pale. Both birds had pale throats.
