Observation details
Slender long tailed Cormorant with small orange chin patch with narrow v shaped white border on gape and with dark lores. See picture number 2 for comparison with Double-crested Cormorant on bottom. The Double-crested is showing the it's orange lores and large amount of orange on it's chin patch. Neotropic Cormorant is two thirds the size of DC Cormorant. Pics to follow.
