Media notes

Two cuts but the recording has been intentionally split into two. Bird singing from a branch directly above me in the first cut before it flew off with the "chuck" notes around 0:34. In the second cut, the bird is about 8m away from me (5m above the ground) on another eucalypt. Drizzling - getting heavier as the recording progresses. ML255032631, ML255032671, ML255032711 are all the same individual that was singing in the same area. But all recorded at different times, about 5-10 mins from each other.

Additional species

  • Spotted Pardalote Pardalotus punctatus
  • Gray Shrikethrush Colluricincla harmonica
