Showing a few features of note: shorter tibia, longer bill ending in fine point, both indicative of species; darkish tip to bill, indicative of immature bird; brownish, almost glossy appearance to black plumage on wings - possibly due to being immature (although not speckled)? and a probably coloboma on its right eye (as with its left eye, per other photos here).
Observation details
Continuing bird - extensive white under-wing, white rump terminating in triangular point, shorter legs, longer bill ending in fine point.
