Observation details
This is the first record of this bird in Perur Lake. Seen both in Sector-1 & Sector-4. The clear white throat, blue head, white rump patch and forked tail were observed by G. Parameswaran & Sarayu Ramakrishnan. The identification confirmed on the spot with the help of field guide (Grimmett et al).
