Observation details
Restricted interior area of Middle Creek. Surveying birds utilizing drawdown on the Penn 2 impoundment on east end of property. Photo attached. No mistaking this species. Prominent red forehead and bill with yellow tip. Chicken sized bird with slate gray breast and flanks transitioning to a brown back and upper coverts.
