Observation details
Soared over us from 1130-11:35 am. My daughter took a video of it on her iPhone. The plumage details are not visible in it, but the flap flap sail flight pattern is visible. It's wings were not in a dihedral. All black body, gray head, short square tail, missing a secondary feather on its left wing. There was a distinctive white patch on the ends of both wings. Here is a link to the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IP-50dYDVj4 It is interesting that a Black Vulture was reported just south of here at Bowen Park around noon.
