The bird was swimming along north side of lake nearest the dam in the same area as seen the previous day in the late afternoon.
Observation details
I saw this Loon around 10:30 a.m. and also the previous day in the late afternoon. My photos taken on December 30 in the late afternoon were not as good as the ones I am submitting which were taken the morning of December 31. I did not see the bird January 1 or 2, 2016.
