Observation details
Bird was seen and reported by Aaron about 4:30. I arrived at about 5:15 and viewed bird through scope. Later a was able to get to another location closer to bird for a photo, coming later. Bird had yellow legs and short yellow bill. Fairly large brownish splotches covered the back of the bird. Underside mostly white. Largish eye with noticeable eye ring. Bird was by itself and stayed in same area, a mudflat by a debris pile.
