Observation details
Continuing bird reported by Dan Cooper on Dec 9. Mostly gray Empidonax flycatcher continuously flicking tail upward (unlike Gray Flycatcher). Small bill, with lower mandible yellow at the base and turning dusky at the tip. Grayish head with white teardrop eye ring, pale gray throat, and yellowish wash on underparts. Primary projection looked long to me, favoring Hammond's over Dusky. Silent. In sycamores between restroom 6 and the maintenance yard fence, occasionally moving to dead pine along fence. Many photos.
