Observation details

Western type empid from same area as reported yesterday and where one seen last year. Gave two note call, second note seemed lower in pitch, in response to recording of COFL. Also seemed to show agitation during COFL playback, once swooping down on Joan. ID confirmed by Steve Cardiff.
