Observation details
Big surprise! Bright yellow, long legged shorebird, slightly up curved dark longish bill. White undersides not very barred. Long neck. Slight white eyebrow. Picking and running in water at sandbar in S. Platte River, N of area E8. Taller looking than size of killdeer and lesser yellowlegs. Saw upward bobbing of head. Digiscoped photos but very windy at time, poor quality.
