Observation details

Continuing individual sighted 25 Aug 2016 by Bob Ake on H-Pool along East Dike. Attenuated posture with small head and dainty bill. Juvenile showing strong white fringes to all feathers visible on back and shoulders. See photographs (I will post more when I can).
