But some cuckoos like Jacobin ... and Common Hawk Cuckoo ... seen here have developed skills to turn them into easily availabele delicacies ... They squeeze the grub on the wire or the bough ... squirting out the gut toxins ..... then swallowing it ... hair and all ..... the hair is separated in the stomach and is spit out in the form of a pellet ... What method ... Nature has bestowed on them .... This image was captured after Sunset ... while coming back from a long day of birding through agrarian wildeness of North India ... Elevation: 216 m.
