Bird produces choppy attraction call patterns with slight change in tonal quality. A rather windy, Sunday afternoon with a lot of car traffic noise. I have heard this call in places like thick, tall grass but I have rarely seen this bird. This call is heard from May into August only, so I assume it is an attraction call. Elevation: 879 m. Date added to IBC: June 22, 2016.
