Observation details
Continuing, larger and paler than a Mourning Dove, with a black collar bordered by white, gray undertail coverts and the tail feathers were black and white underneath. It flew around the Wilson Boatyard Marina and the neighborhood, perching and calling from rooftops, telephone wires, lamp posts and telephone poles and actively chasing after Mourning Doves. Originally found by Betsy Potter and Willie D'Anna.
