Extremely distant.
Observation details
First bird was noticed over pines to west by David Brown, heading SW with two Turkey Vultures. Quite distant, but clear SEOW. After the first moved out of sight, a second bird was noticed being harassed by a Herring Gull, heading in the same direction.
