Observation details
**rare; a fun surprise, this bird flushed within 10 ft of me as I walked the brushy Phragmites thicket loop at the tip; it flew almost towards me at first and gave its NFC call, and then turned and circled back towards the larger Phrag stand. Wings clearly two-toned (dark primaries and secondaries), neck heavily streaked chestnut, neck held hunched; I zoomed my iPhone and took a two record shots. My second for Gooseberry, with the previous being a NFC heard before dawn.
