Observation details
In the shallowest little pond at the South End, the Dotterels were out and about and enjoying the light rains! Not only that, but another adult has decided to put in an appearance, brightening the days of all! Most curiously of all, I discovered an interesting fact... one of the Dotterels was using its feet to fascinate the worms of the mud, peddling frantically at the mud, almost always with success!! I've never seen that before in a Wader... what a fabulous sign of intellect to witness!
