Observation details
Flew to cottonwood by the ditch near HQ, then to the feeder at HQ. Gathered seeds at feeder and then appeared to cache some under the loose bark of the cottonwood nearby. Flew off after one visit to feeder. Bright blue with pale underside, dark necklace and a crest. I will attach a photo.
