Observation details

First winter bird found by Austin Jennings this afternoon, possibly the same bird seen on the Cecil Co. side of the river by Matt Hafner last week. The bird was in constant motion for the duration of my visit, flying loops below the dam, sometimes dipping to the water to catch fish.
