Observation details
Medium size hawk mostly black with yellow cere and legs. Wings have narrow bars on both primaries and secondaries. I was able to visualize three wide white bands on the adult’s tail when it was spread. Bands on the immature bird were numerous and narrow and it had several white feathers visible on it's breast.
