Observation details
Initially assumed this was going to be a Laughing Gull, but the bill is very short, it has thick white eye crescents, and clean white hindneck - all field marks that are more consistent with Franklin's. Primaries are a bit messy, but tips do seem to be white. Seen along the seawall at the end of Young Rd.
