NOTES: Range status: NORMAL; Breeding status: TERRITORIAL UNKNOWN; Frequency of sound: NORMAL; General climate: ARID; Cover density: MEDIUM; YOUNG FLUTTERED WINGS AS 'ATTENTION GETTER' FOR FOOD. ADULT(S); Sex: UNKNOWN [These calls appear to represent mostly the "Fledgling Calls" described in BNA account, on the basis of both their quality and the behavior described on tape. I suspect, however, that the single "Chick-a-dee" Call at the end of the recording was given by an adult. This recording appears to have been high-pass filtered at about 3.5 kHz, which was high enough to have affected the bird calls. Quality changed from 1 to 2, 2-1 (the last call may be overloaded?) - CAM - 1 April 2005]. Other Behaviors: Establish Parent Young Contact, Beg, Perform Visual Display. Habitat: Evergreen Forest, Deciduous Forest, Creek, Riparian. Elevation: 1618 m.
