LNS: Same subject as LNS 169575. Recording part of a study of the Vesper Sparrows songs at this location. Telinga Pro 7 set to stereo with the HPF on due to traffic. This is a chase-flight song by the focal male (Vesper sparrow Focal Male song_MD_WH_12T0991.WAV). He was chasing a conspecific from his territory and gave this vocal display. There are syllables from his normal song and two syllables that the East Male uses that never appeared in the Focal Males normal songs. Habitat: Active Agricultural. Other Behaviors: Take Flight, Aggression/defense.
