Media notes

Fortunate that this vireo was singing close to where I was standing. It wasn't singing continuously, but did sing a rather lengthy song while recording. Got quick looks at it just prior to recording.

Observation details

Continuing rarity found by M. Rieser. Viewed at 2:05pm from East of WTP gate along old road that parallels river (permit-only area). Vireo started singing without any prompting from audio and continued to sing on and off. It was seen (eating bugs) and heard on both sides of the old road, mostly high up in the canopy and it was moving around a lot. Left the area and went back later. Heard it singing still close to 4 pm.
