Media notes

A very poor recording with two songs of the Willow Flycatcher. Unfortunately, it had just started raining heavily when I heard the bird and started recording it. It sang only twice when I lifted my phone to record it, though I heard it sing about 8 times in total. Songs are just after 1 second and 8 seconds.

Observation details

**Rare. Singing. Poor iPhone recording in rain. This is the same location where I found one at in 2014, and remains the only location in the county where I have seen them. I've found them here 2 out of the last ten years. I didn't find Alder this year, but this may have been because it started pouring right after I arrived.
