Observation details

**rare; photos; rich crimson under wings and moderate tail length. Hanging out from parking lot to the path between the two ponds, but occasionally out of sight for 20-30 min or more. Not associating at all with Tropical Kingbird during my time (MJI) there although SW saw them interacting prior to arrival. More notes tba.
